Gift Certificate Policy:

Shibui Spa Gift Certificates are available for all services. If you would like to pre-pay a gratuity, our spa desk staff can assist you at the time of purchase. All gift certificate sales are final – we are unable to refund, reissue, replace, or transfer any certificates after the initial sale and no substitutions are allowed. Gift certificates may not be purchased or used in conjunction with any special discount or promotion. Packaged services should be booked as a package and may not be separated in any way. We require all gift certificates be used before the expiration date.

When making your appointment, please inform us if you will be redeeming a gift certificate and provide the number in the bottom left had corner. Shibui Spa requires a 24 hour cancellation notice for all booked services and a late cancellation or no-show may render the gift certificate invalid. All our service prices are subject to change at any time.
